Midtown_Atlanta_Skyline The big news this week was of course the ETS, IBR, and SBL conventions in Atlanta. ETS and IBR are reported to have had record turnout, which if true is no doubt thanks to the Justification debate featuring Frank Thielman, Thomas Schreiner, and N.T. Wright.

Mike Wittmer at Don’t Stop Believing, Marc Cortez at Scientia Et Sapientia, Justin Taylor at Between Two Worlds, and the Gospel Coalition blog all comment on the debate at ETS and Wright’s theology of Justification.

Phillip Long at Reading Acts touches on the lectures of Thielman and Schreiner, as well as the ETS sessions that focused on Luke-Acts.

And finally, at Storied Theology, Daniel Kirk reports on Wright’s exchange with Michael Bird at IBR.
