Horton's Systematic Theology

Michael Horton, professor of theology at Westminster Seminary, was recently interviewed by Office Hours about the nature of Systematic theology.

Specifically, why we might need systematics in the first place, as well as how that task interacts and overlaps with Biblical and Historical theology.

Professor Horton will soon be releasing "The Christian Faith: A Systematic Theology for Pilgrims on the Way" through your friends here at Zondervan Academic. The goal for this book is to demonstrate “doctrine that can be preached, experienced, and lived, as well as understood, clarified, and articulated.”

Hopefully this interview will provide you a glimpse of where he is intending to go with this volume, along with the basics of his methodology.

Enjoy!
