Wednesday Giveaway - Basics of Biblical Greek Vocabulary Cards

Categories New Testament

Greek Vocab CardsThis week’s giveaway is one which I personally got quite a
lot of use out of for a few years in undergrad, the Basics of Biblical Greek
Vocabulary Cards
.

To this day I often see these flashcards in the hands of
students, people trying to keep their Greek fresh, and those polishing up on
Greek that may have gotten a bit rusty over the years.

There are many reasons why these prove to be such a helpful
resource for those building their knowledge of Biblical Greek vocabulary. The
cards are keyed to Mounce’s Basics of Biblical Greek Grammar, they show the frequency
numbers on every card and principal parts are given for verbs, and the cards
are numbered for easy assignment. Specifically, the first 320 cards based on
the order of Basics of Biblical Greek Grammar, and cards 321–1,000 are ordered
according to frequency in the Greek New Testament.

To enter the giveaway, comment below with your
answer to one of these questions: If you have studied Greek, what vocabulary
word have you find especially difficult to memorize? And if you have not, what
is the most exciting prospect about starting to learn this language?

Also, a bonus entry is available if you
comment a second time letting us know that you shared a link to this giveaway
on Facebook, Twitter, or your blog.
